The latest Cerbios' "AdvCPUSupport" .ini toggle supercedes this tool.

Use this only to manually patch individual games.

This patcher locates the "XAPILIB::QueryPerformanceFrequency" function in xbe files and changes the stock "733Mhz" value to your upgraded/overclocked value, preventing the game from misbehaving.
