This patcher locates the "XAPILIB::QueryPerformanceFrequency" function in xbe files and changes the stock "733Mhz" value to your upgraded/overclocked value, preventing the game from misbehaving.
Not all results will need patching all of the time, it depends on the game. If something acts strangely, untoggle one of the results and try again.
